Levy Catering Menu

For our exhibitors, when you can’t get away from your booths or want to attract more traffic, we offer special menus for in-booth exhibitor catering. Rental equipment, including ice cream freezers, popcorn machines, water coolers and cookie ovens, are available.

Move-In/Out

Moving booth equipment in and out of a convention center can be stressful, but at Signature Boston, our aim is to make the process smooth, with flexible labor rules that provide options for your setup and break down.

Employees of an exhibitor firm may:

  • Load and unload a personal, company-owned, or rented vehicle so long as it does not exceed 24 feet in length.
  • Use hand-operated, non-mechanized equipment, including two-wheeled hand trucks and four-wheeled flat trucks, so long as this equipment is owned by the exhibiting company.
  • Pack and unpack company-owned displays and equipment.
  • Use hand-operated power tools to set-up and dismantle booths and equipment.
  • Plug in their own internet and electrical devices after the connections have been delivered by MCCA personnel.

Additional services such as professional labor and equipment can be purchased through the general service contractor prior to an event or onsite. Use of fork trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanized equipment by exhibitors is prohibited.

Business Center

A full-service FedEx Office is located within the facilities. It offers you virtually everything you need to meet your convention exhibiting needs - you can make copies, print directly from your tablet or smart phone, purchase office supplies, ship a package, and even create and print posters and banners on the spot. Submit your orders online and we’ll have them waiting for you when you arrive.

Recycling

Our Conventions C.A.R.E. program collects clean, usable, non-perishable donations from exhibitors after conventions, and delivers them to local nonprofits around Boston. By donating to the program, you’ll be helping scores of nonprofit organizations throughout the Boston region. Not only will your materials be put to good re-use, but you’ll be cutting back on your event’s environmental impact by diverting waste from local landfills. Plus, it saves you the time and expense of shipping unneeded goods back home.
