A New Hyatt Place Hotel is coming to the Boston Seaport in the Spring of 2020

Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Colorado-based real estate investment firm, McWHINNEY, have started construction on a new Hyatt Place Hotel in Boston’s hottest neighborhood and home of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC), the Seaport District (Travel PR News.)

The 12-story Hyatt Place Boston Seaport District is expected to open in March of 2020 and will feature:

• 294 spacious guestrooms with separate spaces to sleep, work, and play
• A rooftop 24-hour gym & pool
• Rooftop lounge/private event space
• Hot breakfast available daily in the Gallery Kitchen
• 24/7 Gallery Menu & Market serving freshly prepared meals
Coffee to Cocktails Bar featuring specialty coffees and premium beers, as well as wines and cocktails
• Elevated outdoor courtyard
• Green Roof
Odds & Ends program for forgotten items that guests can buy, borrow or enjoy for free
• Free Wi-Fi throughout hotel and guestrooms
• 4,000 square feet of flexible, high-tech meeting/function space
• 6,500 square feet of retail restaurant space

The new hotel will be located across the street from the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion, just 0.5 miles from the BCEC.
